Wamor Travel is a professionally managed travel company built on experience, industry expertise, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional journeys. Founded and led by Bianca Harmse, Wamor Travel brings together over 15 years of hands-on experience across Namibia’s hospitality, tourism, and travel sectors. Bianca’s career began in the hospitality industry, where she worked with some of Namibia’s most respected establishments, including The Burning Shore Hotel, Sossusvlei Lodge, and Leading Lodges of Africa. During this time, she gained valuable practical insight into guest relations, activity coordination, lodge operations, and the importance of delivering consistently high service standards.

Her international experience includes working aboard the Celebrity Infinity Cruise Ship with Steiner Trans Ocean Ltd, where she developed advanced customer service, marketing, and communication skills while working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This global exposure strengthened her ability to understand diverse client expectations and deliver service at an international standard. Bianca has since held senior roles at respected travel and aviation companies such as Bateleur Helicopters, Tokkies Travel, and Pronto Global Travel. In these positions, she managed travel offices, built strong relationships with airlines, lodges, and tour operators, and specialized in designing high-quality, customized travel experiences for both local and international clients.

Today, Bianca’s leadership, operational knowledge, and commitment to professional, personalized service form the foundation of Wamor Travel.
